Printing & Finishing for Custom Packaging
Choose the right printing and finishing process for brand presentation, durability, shelf impact and production cost.
Offset Printing
Suitable for folding cartons, paper sleeves, rigid box wraps and high-quality retail packaging. It provides clean details and stable color for medium and larger runs.
CMYK Printing
Best for full-color artwork, product images, gradients and general brand graphics. Choose CMYK when the design uses multiple colors and photographic details.
Pantone Color
Useful when brand color consistency matters. Cosmetic, premium retail and corporate packaging often use Pantone references for more controlled color.
Hot Foil Stamping
Creates metallic logo or pattern effects. Suitable for rigid gift boxes, cosmetic packaging, premium paper bags and gift packaging.
Spot UV
Adds glossy contrast to selected areas such as logos or patterns. Choose it when you want a subtle premium effect without covering the whole surface.
Embossing
Raises logos or design details for tactile feel. Works well on rigid boxes, sleeves and premium retail packaging.
Debossing
Presses the design into the paper surface for a refined and understated effect. Suitable for luxury and minimalist packaging.
Lamination
Matte, gloss or soft touch lamination protects printing and changes surface feel. Choose based on brand style and handling needs.
Varnish
A practical surface coating for folding cartons and retail boxes. It can provide protection with lower cost than lamination.
Window Patching
Adds a clear window for product visibility. Common for food cartons, gift boxes, cosmetics and retail packaging.
Custom Inserts
Inserts hold products, improve presentation and reduce movement. Choose paperboard, corrugated, EVA or molded pulp based on product weight and brand positioning.
